Holly MacKinnon graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and Legal Studies. Ms. MacKinnon received her juris doctorate degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2000. While at the University of San Francisco School of Law she received an American Jurisprudence Award in Legal Research and Writing. Ms. MacKinnon has been with the Cardoza Law Offices for five years as an Associate in the Criminal Defense Department. As the Managing Attorney she handles all aspects of criminal defense, including client relations, law and motion, pre-trial negotiations and trial work.

Ms. MacKinnon is a member of Women Defenders, California DUI Defenders, and the California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
